Multi-Level Marketing or MLM is system where you must pay to join and every time you a refer someone to join, you earn. You will also get paid of the person you recruit refers someone else, and if that person refers someone else as well. The people under you are called your “downline” and MLM has different compensation plans but for now, I will discuss Binary MLM.
Binary MLM
Binary MLM is where you can recruit only 2 people in your downline on the first-level making use of the matrix of 2 because of this, you should choose this 2 people carefully. In order to earn, you must 2 people who you know will be active and balance your downline to avoid imbalances in your downline.
In Binary MLM there are no differences in levels meaning when someone joins your downline, you receive a fixed cash amount like everybody else does, unlike other plans where you should be receiving different sets of amounts for depending on what level you are in.
The only disadvantage of this system is that you downline has a tendency to be imbalanced. If one of your 2 recruits is inactive in recruiting other people, you may not be able to earn much. If the weaker leg earns a certain amount of money, you earn but if it remains inactive, you don’t earn at all. This system will only work if both of your 2 recruits are active in building your downline.
It’s a good idea to join a group in order to succeed in this system or by personally choosing your first 2 recruits. A spillover is also practiced in this system, which means receiving referrals from your up line but you can only earn from this if the downline is in balance. The spillover only benefits one leg, so if your downline is imbalanced, you will not earn at all.
In the Binary MLM System, it’s quick to understand that it focuses on quality over quantity.
A quality downline with 2 balanced legs will earn you money but a downline with a lopsided leg will not earn much.
