I was seating in a corner inside the Mcdonald’s restaurant one sunny morning and I suddenly thought of a question in mind, after having a sip of its tasty coffee. How did this restaurant gain such an awesome customers? What is the key ingredients they’ve been using?
That scenario alone, it is just like in the internet marketing industry where we are struggling how to attract customers. Nevertheless, in almost six years running a business online, I have come to realized things, which are amazingly helpful to your company.
One of the most important lessons to consider is having a right customer strategy. This area you must deal with them as if you are in their own shoes. Thinking what they are thinking. Feeling what they are feeling. You do not have to be selfish if you are in this business.
Open-mindedness is also a key factor to winning your customers. If you experienced being slammed by a telephone call, do not worry. I too, experienced that many times. It is only a sign that, you must change your ways or you could have been a better caller if you do this and that.
If someone reprimands you, have it pass your ears and learn from it. There is no way you can be a better person if you do not merge yourself with your mistakes.
On the other hand, when doing your business online, you must have what you called a landing page or lead capture page. This page is where you give your prospect enough information to lure them with what you are offering to them. This is where you give your contact information, such as email, mobile numbers, and such, so that you can be reach from time to time.
Lead capture page is where you separate your suspect from the real prospect, so you do not waste your time for all the people that give traffic to your website.
Another thing would be a strong well-written report. This is where you find those testimonials written in a page with a strong headline at the top it.
With a good and enticing e-mail message, this is also the easiest way to grab your customers to click that links and gain benefits and privileges.
